1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Atomic AI, including the dashboard, plugin marketplace, hosted services, documentation, and support channels.
By accessing or using Atomic AI, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including actions taken by team members or automation you authorize.
3. License and Restrictions
Atomic AI Industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Atomic AI during an active subscription or other authorized access period.
You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, resell access without permission, or use the service to develop a competing hosted offering from proprietary service components.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and secure that data in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to submit any data, code, prompts, or credentials into the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware delivery, abusive automation, infringement, or any activity that creates material security or operational risk for others.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Changes
Paid subscriptions and any one-time onboarding or setup services are billed through Stripe or another payment processor we designate.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Renewal charges are not refundable after a renewal has been processed.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not reverse charges already paid.
7. Refund Policy
A 14-day refund window applies to first-time purchases only.
Refund requests must be sent to reviewflow26@gmail.com within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
8. Availability and Beta Features
The service may change over time and may include preview or beta capabilities. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time and may be provided without service commitments.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except to the extent expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomic AI Industries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service will not exceed the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service unless you have a separate signed agreement with us.
