Do not use Atomic AI to break the law, gain unauthorized access, evade security controls, distribute malware, exfiltrate secrets, harass others, or interfere with the stability of systems or networks.

Do not use the service in ways that violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, export controls, sanctions, or contractual restrictions.

2. High-Risk Use

You must not rely on the service as the sole basis for decisions in contexts where failure could reasonably cause death, bodily injury, or severe property or environmental harm unless you have implemented appropriate human review and fail-safe controls.

You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them in production systems.

3. Platform Integrity

Do not attempt to probe, overload, scrape, benchmark without permission, or otherwise degrade the service.

Do not circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, account boundaries, or billing controls.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
