1. Plans and Renewal

Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan selected.

Unless a separate written order form says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law.

If payment fails, we may suspend access until the account is brought current.

3. Taxes and Invoices

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar government assessments unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

4. Price Changes

We may update pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable advance notice.

Promotional pricing, credits, and discounts may be time-limited and may not apply to renewals.
