Founder Note

Building systems that operate with context, control, and real product gravity.

I am Lee Evans, the founder building Atomic AI.

My work is centered on turning fragmented tools into systems that actually operate: products with memory, control surfaces, workflow logic, commercial awareness, and enough structure to be useful in the real world.

Across software, networking, security, websites, deployment work, and blockchain projects, the pattern has stayed the same: solve the real technical problem, make the system clearer, and keep improving the product until it is usable under pressure.

Current Direction

Right now the focus is pushing Atomic AI from an early product into a serious operator platform: stronger Atomic Lexy surfaces, better workflow execution, deeper memory and learning, cleaner public pages, improved reliability, and a more deliberate commercial structure.

The goal is not to ship another assistant wrapper with a polished landing page. The goal is to build an AI operating system that compounds over time.

Why Atomic AI exists

Atomic AI exists because most AI products still stop at conversation. They can generate text, but they do not hold operational context, they do not connect cleanly to system state, and they do not feel like a true working environment.

I wanted one operating layer that could think, draft, route work, remember context, stay connected to the state of the business, and remain legible to the operator. Atomic AI is my answer to that gap.

How I design systems I care about products that are useful before they are polished, but trustworthy before they become powerful. That is why Atomic AI is being designed around approval-aware execution, visible state, durable memory, mobile access, commercial readiness, and a local-first posture where that architecture actually matters. My background spans practical debugging, live-system troubleshooting, front-end and back-end changes, deployment preparation, documentation, and technical remediation work, so I tend to design from real operational friction rather than theory alone.
Core strengths Verified strengths from the current body of work include JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JSON, PHP, REST integrations, full-stack troubleshooting, deployment support, validation hardening, issue resolution, infrastructure understanding, and security-conscious execution. The CV material also shows long-running practical experience in networking and computer engineering, web design and online services, report writing, debugging, technical remediation, and independent self-directed learning across software and cyber security. The common thread is not simply building features. It is building coherence: taking separate concerns like Atomic Lexy, workflows, billing, visibility, memory, trust posture, and reliability and turning them into one usable operating environment.
Experience Recent project work includes building and iterating on ReviewFlow as a web and mobile review-routing platform, covering front-end UI, back-end behaviour, deployment preparation, documentation, billing support, release readiness, and Expo Android build setup.Earlier and parallel experience includes networking and computer engineering work from 2010 to 2023, web design and online services across the same period, and hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across live systems and user environments. That mix of software, infrastructure, operational support, and security learning is part of what shapes Atomic AI into a practical operator product instead of a purely conceptual one.
Selected projects Atomic AI is the main build: a local-first AI operating system spanning AI Core, Operator OS, Visibility OS, subscriptions and billing, memory, security-oriented workflows, Atomic Lexy, and a live public product surface.CAPS by CapsulePros is a paid API control plane focused on wallet billing, access control, operator governance, audit trails, and customer onboarding for monetized API execution at https://capsulepros.co.uk.ReviewFlow is a reputation-growth platform for local businesses that routes satisfied customers toward public reviews and unhappy customers toward private recovery flows at https://review-flow.uk.Atomic AI Mobile extends the Atomic AI system into Android with Expo and EAS production build posture, secure authentication, session restore, thread-based Atomic Lexy access, and a connected mobile control-room lane.ReviewFlow Mobile appears in the verified workspace history as a parallel mobile delivery track, showing the same practical pattern: shipping product, refining surface area, and pushing toward deployable real-world systems.Dark Coin: DRK Token is a verified Ethereum token contract published at https://etherscan.io/address/0xF0F17A04B717d1cF07E4f75d3B84B0D1d0Bbf745, adding on-chain Solidity work to the broader product and systems portfolio. The wider Darkcoin ecosystem also includes an NFT and staking-oriented project direction based around darkcoin.uk, built independently as part of a broader long-term blockchain build.

Atomic AI is being built in public as a serious operator platform.

The best place to track the work in public is through the live Atomic AI site, the product pages, and my social channels where the project direction, upgrades, and system changes are shared as they happen.
