CAPPS Age and Passport Gateway
Under-16 users cannot self-register. CAPPS routes them through guardian, school, or approved operator verification.
The gateway is designed to reduce fake accounts while keeping private identity evidence out of public pages. Adult accounts can be routed through passport-style verification, provider checks, or reviewed institution proof; under-16 access requires an approved responsible party and age-band token.

Passport Verification
CAPPS verifies status without publishing identity evidence.
Proof Token
CAPPS stores and displays a signed verification state, age band, policy version, expiry, and evidence hash.
No Public Documents
Public pages never show identity document images, document numbers, addresses, or private contact data.
Fake Account Reduction
Duplicate checks, review queues, revocation, audit hashes, and role-gated access reduce impersonation and repeat abuse.
Law and Policy Gate
CAPPS defaults to the strictest applicable route until evidence says otherwise.
Age AssuranceAge-band tokens are required before social, messaging, profile, Worlds, AI, or gaming features unlock.
